- Service & Parts Consultants

How close to the event date can I enroll?
We do have a limit to the number of participants at each session. To ensure you can attend on your preferred date and time we ask that you enroll at soon as possible, but no later than 3 days prior to the event date.
An attendee may attend as a substitute for another enrolled attendee from the same dealership, but they will need to bring the registration information for the attendee whom they are replacing.
Will I receive credit for attending?
Yes. For 2025, all new vehicle launches will count as an Instructor Led Training course toward your 2025 certification. Therefore, if you attend and complete a 4Runner launch training session, you will receive credit. If you leave prior to the completion of the session, you will not receive credit. Unlike years past, you will still need to complete the 4Runner emodule requirement for certification, even if you attend this 4Runner launch.
Are walk-ins allowed?
All attendees are encouraged to register. Walk-ins do not have a guarenteed spot. If a session is full an attendee will be turned away.
Do I need to bring anything?
Yes, you need to bring your driver’s license & SPIN number. A fully charged smartphone and a charger are also recommended.
Will I be driving?
Yes, you will be driving the redesigned 4Runner. Please bring your driver’s license. Photocopies or photos of your license will not be accepted. To drive, you must wear closed-toe shoes.
Will meals be provided?
Breakfast will not be served, so please come caffeinated, fed, and ready for an adventure. Lunch will be provided for both sessions, so you are welcome to stay after the morning session and come early for the afternoon session to join us. Beverages will be provided throughout the day.
What will I have to pay for?
The dealership’s parts statement will be charged $195 for each attendee. Any travel expenses associated with attending this event are the responsibility of the dealership/attendee.
What if I need travel and hotel accommodations?
Participants and/or their dealerships are responsible for any travel expenses related to attending the event. Be sure to check with your dealership management to confirm which expenses are covered.
How should I dress?
Attire is business casual (jeans acceptable) – wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and clothing for inside/outside activities! The event takes place on uneven outdoor terrain, closed toed shoes are imperative and required for driving.
Be sure to check the local weather forecast before traveling to the training event and bring a jacket and sunglasses if needed.
